What is Instagram Activity? Explanation of Meaning, Types, Functions and How to View

What is "There was activity today"?

One of the activities displayed is "There was activity today." When this is displayed, it means that the person last used Instagram today and is not currently logged in.

Other displays, such as "online 00 minutes ago" or "online 00 hours ago," allow you to see more detailed last login times.

Explanation of "There was activity" function

In a nutshell, this function indicates whether the person is currently using Instagram or not. For your information, there are some opinions, such as "There was activity" on the iPhone. Still, it changes to "There was access" on Android.

This is a function that does not interfere with the use of Instagram, so there is no need to worry too much about it.

Difference between "online" and "last seen"

When "Online" is displayed, it indicates that the person is currently using Instagram. By the way, if 3 to 5 minutes pass without operating Instagram, the display will switch to "Active ** minutes ago." You can check whether or not the person is using Instagram even for a short time, so if you want to check the login status of the other person, check it frequently.

Currently, Instagram does not allow you to check other people's activity in detail. The only thing you can do is check the login status as described above.
