How to Clone Apps on Samsung?
Filed to: Quick Guides

App cloning, or Dual Messenger as Samsung calls it, is a feature that lets you create a copy of an app on your phone. In this guide, we will show you how to clone app on Samsung.
Step 1
Open the Settings app and go to "Advanced features" –> "Dual Messenger". Tap the app you want to copy.

Step 2
Hit "Install" on the confirmation prompt, then read and agree to the disclaimer; Tap "Confirm".

If it's the first app you're copying, it should then ask you if you want to use a separate contact list for the copied app.
Step 3
To clone more apps, tap their names from the Dual Messenger settings, and select "Install" on the prompt.

Step 4
Now you can find your new app clones on your Apps screen, and you can move them to your Home screen just like any other app.

If the feature is not available on your Samsung phone yet, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and install to check for any pending software updates.
