How to Add Users to Local Group with PowerShell

In this quick guide, you will learn how to add user accounts to local group with PowerShell.

Step 1

On your desktop, right-click and choose Open in Terminal to open the powershell window.

Step 2

Enter the command: Add-LocalGroupMember -Group Administrators -Member TestUser -Verbose

Note : You need to replace the TestUser with the users name you need to add.
