Download and install the AirDroid Remote Support on both the local (your) and the remote (the other person's) Windows computers. On the remote computer, it will generate a unique 9-digit connection code. On your local computer, enter the 9-digit connection code provided by the remote computer on the 'ID Connect' option.The remote user will need to accept the connection request on their end. After the connection is established, you will be able to see the remote computer’s screen and provide support.
